Web purchases
Only PINs can be bought on the website. Stripe emails you the receipt. Biscoin is not sold on the website.
In-app purchases
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow that store’s refund rules.
Requesting a refund
Send a complaint in the PIN or Biscoin payment category, with your PIN and the purchase date.
